Massage therapy is a comprehensive intervention involving a range of techniques to manipulate the soft tissues and joints of the body. It is a gentle hands-on manipulation of your muscles, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments. The purpose of massage therapy is to rehabilitate or augment physical function, prevent injury, develop strength, maintain health, or relieve pain. It is a clinically-oriented safe and natural health option that achieves undeniable results in the relief of an array of discomforts associated with stress, muscular overuse and many chronic pain syndromes.
Massage can be a crucial part of your wellness routine, helping you to avoid or recover from injury, keeping your tissue healthy and encouraging proper body mechanics.
Physically active or sedentary people, individuals managing stressful situations, or people wanting to enhance their health and wellness, can all benefit from the experience of a massage treatment.

Hot Stone Massage is an ancient healing art that dates back more than 5,000 years and can be found in many different cultures. It is classified as geo-thermo-hydro-therapy and involves the therapeutic use of basalt or marble stones that are heated or cooled in water.
The stones are sanitized between each use and heated to 120 degrees before they are applied to the body using a variety of traditional Swedish massage techniques. The heated stones may be applied to specific points along your spine, on your face, in the palms of your hands or between the toes and are always adjusted to your comfort level. The warmth of the stones will induce a state of deep relaxation and assist you in balancing all levels of emotional, mental, and physical energies as well as comforting sore muscles.
In your office, home or at a special event location, Chair Massage is a short massage, anywhere from five to 30 minutes, done through the clothing. It typically focuses on key tension areas in the back, neck, shoulders and arms and is performed in a specially designed ergonomic massage chair.
